Chevy Traverse Powertrain
The Traverse offers plenty of highway passing power thanks to its 3.6-liter V-6 engine that generates 305 horsepower and 260 pound feet of torque. The engine is paired with a 9-speed shiftable automatic transmission, and front-wheel drive is standard with all-wheel drive optional.
Chevy Traverse Trims and Features
The Chevy Traverse is offered in seven trim levels-L, LS, LT Cloth, LT Leather, RS, Premier and High Country. Standard features include 18-inch wheels, LED running lights, 4G LTE Wi-Fi hotspot, a rearview camera, and a MyLink infotainment system with seven-inch touch screen and Apple CarPlay and Android Auto smartphone integration.
LT Cloth models come with second row captains' chairs, roof rails, and a power adjustable driver's seat. A Convenience and Driver Confidence package is available for LT Cloth FWD models and adds advanced driver assistance features like blind-spot monitoring, rear cross-traffic alert, rear parking sensors; as well as an 8-inch touchscreen, a power liftgate, remote engine start, and heated front seats. AWD models include this package as standard.
