I knew which vehicle I wanted and found it at 8 locations. It was just a matter of finding the lowest price. A lot of dealers said they could beat anybody's price, yet when it came down to it, they didn't.  Many said there were incentives out there to save me money, but there are no incentives for Camaro's.  One salesman told me there is no way Phillips would honor the price they quoted me. He swore once I got in there they would raise it.  Not only did Phillips honor the quoted price, they gave me an additional $500 off. I was bombarded with phone calls from sales people at other dealerships but not Phillips. The decision was mine alone which is refreshing when shopping for cars. After I made my purchase I received a nasty text from a different dealership. The salesman refused to accept the fact that I got such a great price on my new Camaro!   Phillips was a bit out-of-the-way, but I would absolutely buy from them again without thinking twice. They were professional, friendly, and not at all pushy.  This was a stress free experience.

I have been buying cars for years and have been to many different dealers.  Never have I been treated so well as by Zach at Phillips of Bradley.  He is a top notch guy. We were in looking for a new vehicle for my in-laws.  Our salesman Joe Maguire was very accommodating and ran back and forth to get more keys so my in-laws could drive multiple cars. He never hesitated to let them see and test drive like 6 SUVs. He was never pushy and he let them take their time. Not knowing they were planning on buying, he still was very courteous and a genuine guy. They ended up buying a new Traverse and had a great experience!

Though I never rate a business, I had to put something on paper about my recent experience at Phillips Chevrolet in Bradley, IL.  I must say that the staff members I encountered at this dealership were phenomenal.  I entered through service department and the service agent greeted me immediately asking how he could help.  I told him that I just needed parts and he did not hesitate to escort me to the parts department, and told me which people would be helping me from there.  Within seconds a parts member came out asked how he could help and went into action to solve my issue.  While I was waiting for things so get solved, one lady passed and offered her assistance, I told her that the customer service that was being put out at this dealership was the best I have every encountered at a car dealer and I wasn't even buying a car!  My only regret is that I did not get anyone's name to put in this review but again I have to say that you're behind the scenes staff are a top notch group of employees. Don't change a thing; they will make your dealership shine for years to come.  I wish I was in the market for a new Chevy, because I would definitely use this dealership!

I received exceptional service when I came in to buy a car at Phillips Chevrolet in Bourbonnais. I was met at the door by Robin Beckner who helped me tremendously through the process of picking out and purchasing my vehicle. Robin went out of his way to answer questions and accommodate me and my parents before we even committed to buying a vehicle. Robin then followed up with me on the phone over the next couple of days and then on the day I purchased the vehicle. I could tell Robin, Bill, and Wayne was genuine in their efforts to help me get the car I wanted for a fair price. I would certainly recommend Phillips Chevrolet to anyone that is interested in purchasing a Chevy.

My Mother who is 89 years old was looking for a car. We got Zach as our salesperson. He was friendly and took time with all of her questions and ours. Nothing was too big or small and we never felt like we was being rushed or lied too. She usually gets worn out with shopping for a car but this time she said it was easy and painless and she liked him. Wayne in Finance was very good at explaining all that she was signing in terms she could understand which is a big plus in her book. He was not overly pushy about extra warranty and such like other car dealerships we have dealt with. Every employee that we came in contact with was always very friendly.

I saw the truck on-line and called. The sales staff emailed pictures of the truck so I could get a better idea of what I was looking at. I set up a time to go see and drive the truck. When I got there the truck was clean and ready to go. My salesman, Gage, was great. He was well informed of the truck and all its features. The dealership was clean and everyone was very professional and courteous. I liked the truck a lot so we worked out a deal. The truck was priced fairly but they still were able to knock some more money off the price of the truck. This was a real smooth and painless process. They took care of all the paperwork quickly. A very professional team committed to satisfaction guaranteed. Gage was spot on with knowledge regarding details of the truck. Our first point of contact was Chris with an immediate follow up call in the morning, to arrange our meeting with Gage. Gage was waiting to greet us at the door as we pulled up. I purchased a truck a few years back and decided to go back and buy a newer truck. I had a trade in that was very fair credit and the new truck to purchase, had a few options as incentives to secure the deal. Many sales specialists and sales manager made sure my concerns on the deal were well satisfied. Every time I go into this dealer you will get treated special. What made the most impression on me was when we went to pick up our vehicle they had installed a brand new set of tires because a technician had found that the old ones did not pass the certification standard. I have to tell you this dealership is staffed with some exceptional salesmen (ie; Robin Beckner) are on the top of their game. Wayne Licka the Fianance Manager was exceptional as well. I had an experience at Court Street Ford two weeks ago and spent 4 1/2 hours and NEVER bought a car due to that dealership unwilling to deal with me. So we tried here and have mostly drove Chevy Cars and there is absolutely a reason. In one hour 20 minutes I had agreed to buy the car here from Robin. I also want to mention one other employee and that is Danielle. She kept in touch with me during surgery and after seeing when we were coming in. Finally we were able to come and drove away a happy customer.

I was originally contacted by Antonio and offered to trade in my vehicle and was informed I was eligible to receive a $20 gas card. I promptly arrived at the dealership and was greeted by Zach Warren. He asked me a few questions about my situation and pulled up a vehicle to drive. We drove a 2018 Equinox and I liked it. We looked at some numbers and I agreed to purchase the vehicle. Zach was a great help. I next met Chris and Wayne who helped me with the rest of my paperwork. I took the car home. Over the weekend I had a bit of buyer's remorse and on Monday informed Zach that I wanted to return the car. He did not argue or try to convince me to keep it. Instead he put me back in touch with Chris. Chris was courteous and was not abrasive or pushy. I told him I was not happy with the options on the vehicle and was worried that I could not afford what I wanted. Chris encouraged me to come in and that they would help me find what I wanted and keep my payments the same. When I came back to the dealership Chris and Zach had another Equinox pulled up and ready to go. I drove the Equinox with Zach and immediately fell in love with the car. The car had sunroof, power liftgate, power seat, heated seats and many other options and my payment stayed the same. I cannot thank Chris and Zach enough for working so hard to make me happy and going above and beyond to meet my satisfaction. I was so happy I gave them a great big hug to thank them. I cannot express enough how happy I am!!!
