Hyundai recently announced the all-new Ioniq 5, an electric crossover utility vehicle with a targeted driving range of 300 miles. This vehicle relies on Hyundai’s exclusive Electric-Global Modular Platform, allowing for more interior space and optimize performance. This platform can also support 400 and 800-V charging infrastructures with the platform offering 800-V charging capability as standard and utilizes a 350-kW charger that charges the vehicle from 10 to 80 percent in just 18 minutes.
